1. Donation Refund Eligibility
Donations made to SEVADHARAM SOCIAL TRUST are generally non-refundable as they are used for charitable purposes.
- Refunds may be considered in case of duplicate transactions.
- Refunds may be processed if an incorrect amount was charged due to technical error.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the donation.

3. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Payment Gateway Charges
Payment gateway charges and processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
